1.Your Store rooms must be organized and clean
2.Please use Date stickers
3.Proper labeling and rotation of food
4.No unused / out of menu items food in the store
5.Only keep agreed par levels
6.Responsible store keeping , set clear guidelines to follow
7.Conducting Monthly inventories
8.Establishing LSOP for store opening and issuing times is                       essential so everyone knows how the store operates
9.Have security systems in place, don’t let things fly away and              out of your store room 
10.Signed Order Sheets No food is issued without
signed/authorized order sheet
