Roti Puri
Pagi2 tadi dah siapkan sarapan istimewa untuk studen yg datang belajar buat Maruku...ROTI PURI & kuah dhal..lawan pulak dgn teh bunga crysatinium..nyaman sekali..resepi:
500g tpg gandum
1 sudu besar yeast kering
4 sudu makan majerin
2 sudu makan gula
1 sudu teh garam
400ml air suam
Cara: masukkan yeast.gula.air suam kedalam cawan. Tunggu sampai berbuih 15 minit terus dimasukkan kedalam tepung. SAYA GUNA BREAD MAKER. Biar 30 min. Buat bulat sebesar bola golf. Leperkan sampai besar piring kopi. Goreng dlm minyak dalam yg telah dipanaskan. Siap
KUAH DHALL
2 cawan kacang dhall rebus bersama
1 sudu makan rempah campuran (halba.biji sawi.jintan manis.jintan putih)
2 labu bawang besar potong dadu.
2 biji kentang
1 batang carrot
1 batang terung
2 tangkai daun kari
Sedikit garam
6 tangkai cili kering potong dua
Cara: satukan semua dlm periuk semua bahan2 yg disebutkan diatas. Rebus hingga dhall lembut dan pecah2. Guna periuk pressure coker lagi cepat. Rasa garam. Siap.
