Sos cicah sambal belacan sos keropok lekor
Sos keropok lekor
1/2 kg cili kering buang biji rebus sampai lembut
15 labu bawag putih direbus
1/2 kg kismis hitam
Asam jawa
Gula kabung nipis original
Gula pasir
Garam
Semua bahan diblend jerang atas dapur sehingga pekat
Sos kicap cicah
1/2 kg cili padi rebus
3labu bawang putih rebus
Kicap manis
Kicap masin
Air asam limau kasturi
Sedikit garam
Mesin semua jerang atas dapor
Sehingga likat
Jika untuk buat cicah mangga
Ambil sedikit gula enau taborkan
Kacang tumbuk n bijan bakar
Sambal belacan
1 kg cili merah goreng
1/2 kg cili padi goreng
400g ikan bilis goreng
1/2 kg belacan goreng
15 biji bawang besar/1/2 kg bawang kecil goreng
Air limau kasturi
Sedikit garam.gula
Semua diblend dgn air asam limau n lebihan minyak goreng.
