Butter chicken


Butter chicken

Ingredients A

Chicken pieces marinated with ginger and garlic paste
Coriander powder
Chilli powder
Salt
And leave for 1 hour

Ingredients B 

Oil cumin seeds                                                     fenugreek seeds
Diced onion                                                            green chilli roughly cut
Ginger paste                                                           tomato roughly cut can use whole peel
Garlic paste coriander powder                           cashew nut fried
Chilli powder                                                           butter cold
Cream                                                                       tomato paste a bit

Method:

Heat up oil fry the cumin seed and fenugreek seeds
Add the onion add salt and sweat it
Than add the ginger and garlic paste
Add the coriander,chilli powder to it and cook add a bit of water
Add the green chilli,tomato and tomato paste and cashewnuts and sloly cook till tomato are soft,cool down and puree till fine in blender
In pot bring to boil add the cold butter and the cook chickens add some cream to it
Garnish with rough cut coriander on top
A bit of coloring can be added to paste
 Chicken cook in oven till 80% cook than add to sauce
