               Procedure:

1. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil at 23°C
               2. Add olive oil and mix at 2nd speed until 25°C
               3. Allowed dough to proof and have them fold in 4 ways
               4. Grease trays and hands with olive oil before handling the
              dough and shape dough in baking tray
               5. Garnish with desired ingredients (rosemary, fleur de sel)
               6. Proof again and bake at 230°C deck oven
