Kong Poh Chicken Sauce


Kong poh chicken sauce
Sauce A
Sweet sour sauce
Chilli sauce 450gm
Tomato sauce 420gm
Plum sauce 150gm
White vinegar 25gm
Boiling water 400gm

Dry chilli sauce Kong Poh sauce
Sweet and sour sauce 500gm
Sugar 30gm
Black soya sauce 40gm
Black vinegar 40gm
Lea and perrine sauce 15gm
Sesame oil 20gm
Oyster sauce 40gm

Method:
Deep fry chicken cube and sit aside
Put some oil and stir fry dry chilli
Add on ginger, onion white stir fry until fragrant
Put on the dry chilli and sauce followed  with spring onion
Finally put chicken n stir fry and serve hot.
