Some cocktail Recepi

Alabama Slammer
INGREDIENTS:
20ml vodka
20ml Southern Comfort
20ml Amaretto
20ml gin
70ml orange juice
PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Pour the mix into a hi-ball glass filled with ice.


Americano
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth
club soda
PREPARATION:
Fill an hi-ball glass with ice.
Build with the Campari and vermouth.
Top off with club soda.
Orange Peel


Babel-On the Rocks
INGREDIENTS:
30ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur
30ml half & half
PREPARATION:
Pour the coffee liqueur and vodka into a rock
glass filled with ice.
Float the half & half on top.

Bellini
INGREDIENTS:
50ml peach juice or peach puree
120ml Champagne
PREPARATION:
Pour the peach juice or peach puree into a
champagne flute.
Slowly add the Champagne.


Big Bamboo (shooter)
INGREDIENTS:
60ml white rum
30ml dark rum
10ml triple sec
60ml orange juice
60ml pineapple juice
15ml simple sugar syrup
PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into 4 shot glasses.

Black Russian
INGREDIENTS:
45ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur
PREPARATION:
Pour coffee liqueur over cube ice into rock glass.
Layer vodka over it, garnish and serve.

Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS:
30ml vodka
325ml chilled Bloody Mary mix
PREPARATION:
Bloody Mary Mix: (2.5 Liter) 1 lemon squeezed,
2 liter tomato juice, 50ml Worcestershire sauce,
4 shakes Tabasco sauce, 2 bar spoon black pepper
Ground, 1/2 bar spoon cayenne pepper, ground
1/2 bar spoon celery salt, ground
1/2 bar spoon black peppercorns, whole
Rim the glass with salt & pepper. (Celery salt optional)
Fill cooler glass with ice, pour vodka and fill glass with
Bloody Mary mix, garnish and serve


Brandy Alexander
INGREDIENTS:
45ml brandy
30ml dark crème de cacao
30ml cream
ground nutmeg for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
cubes.
Shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass


Bronx
INGREDIENTS:
30ml gin
10ml dry vermouth
10ml sweet vermouth
20ml orange juice
5ml fresh lime
5ml pure honey
PREPARATION:
Dissolve the honey in the fresh lime before adding it to the shaker.
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Caipirinha
INGREDIENTS:
60ml cachaca
8 lime wedges
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
PREPARATION:
Place the lime wedges and sugar into a rock
glass. Muddle well to create a paste. Pour in
the cachaca. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.


Caipirini
INGREDIENTS:
60ml cachaca
8 lime wedges
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
30ml sour mix
PREPARATION:
Place lime wedges and sugar into a cocktail shaker.
Mix, then muddle the contents in the shaker.
Add the cachaca and fill the shaker with ice .
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
